Contributing members, benefactors and patrons are entitled in France to a tax reduction awarded to contributors to associations in the public interest:
• Invidivuals : 66 % of the contribution is deductible from their income tax, within the limit of 20 % of their income ;
• Corporations : 60 % of the contribution is deductible from the tax on profit, within the limit of 5 % of the revenue.
Attention : given the tax advantage, the cost of the contributing Membership is only a few centimes more than a simple membership. A small difference for the contributor makes a big difference for the Association.
